Coffee stained paper
I recorded to stain my own paper using watercolor paper and coffee grounds. The paper on the left is 300# and the right is 140#. I soaked them in a pan of hot water and grounds for a few seconds, set them on parchment paper, then added wet grounds to the top. I let them dry overnight them scrapped the grounds off. I found that the thinner paper took the grounds better, the thicker paper seems to soak and spread the spotting more. A quick scan on a high setting and I had a beautiful vintage background for my cards! I love the look of this paper. Downside is using the coffee kills any chance the paper is archival any more, so I can't use it for specific art. However, it worked great for this purpose!
