Come with me into the Tasmanian bush to relax!
A few months ago I spent some time at the Tasmanian Botanical Gardens to do some filming for meditations I wanted to record for you.  Today I take you there - to the gardens and into the bush to catch your breath, de-stress, relax, heal and reflect.

This is a partially guided meditation, which means that I guide you for the first five minutes or so and then I leave you to relax and reconnect in your own way. Then I call you back towards the end.
