Cover #27: You hum it, I'll smash your face in.

Today's cover is none other than "The Young Ones" by Cliff Richard, the sappy '60s pop song that was cannibalized into the theme for the 80s brit-com of same name. Like anyone worth their alt-comedy salt, I love this show, and when I heard the original song for the first time I knew I had to add it to my busking repertoire. For most people who hear me play it, it's just a pretty song, but for the right few...it's a real treat.

This is far and away the best recording I've made since I got sick. I actually felt good while putting it together, and am pretty pleased with the outcome! I mean, I still recorded it in about an hour and a half after 10pm, but for this project that's business as usual ^^;

If you're new to the project, here's the gist: I'm trying to record and release a song every day in May! I'm so close to the end and, even though it's been a bit of a rough ride, I'm still amazed I managed to stay on track this long.
