 - Gubbins all nicely sorted now, laid out consistently but "randomly" in one of 7 positions inside the hex

- Any territory with any civilisiation, a Steam resource, or customised resource, or home base, now shows its name

- Added small symbol indicating the population centre (rather like in world atlases)

- Updating territory name now immediately updates the display

This week has mostly been about procrastination and easing myself back into working on the game. Next week will be a little more involved as I add the new vector engine, which I'll be using to render overlays on units to show their current pathing, objectives, targets, etc. and also to display a multi-layered grid in the simulator.
