Diable Avionics skin packs

These are add-on mods: You can install and enable them like any other utility mod in the game launcher.
[edit 2021/06/20] Added the Arctic skin by Kwenchin, the Journey skin by Nes as well as their Luxurious Bronze skin (and their midline engines addon)
I have made all the required resources available for anyone to make their own skins if they so desire.
