Scaleway is fucking up massively and I'm unable to boot the main server (containing the database) or even shut it down completely to attach its volumes to another VM.

They should now get it fixed and everything will be back up again without any data loss. But in any case, we do have backups from a few hours before the incident.
This is indeed unacceptable and we will be moving away from Scaleway quickly.
