Dry Chili Shrimp
This preparation is part of a traditional noodle dish (recipe coming soon!), but can also be eaten with rice and vegetables.

1 lb small raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, patted dry
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 t. raw red chili powder
1 t. salt
½ c. ketchup
¼ c. Worcestershire sauce

1. In large frying pan, heat oil, add chili powder, stir for a second, and then add shrimp and salt. Fry shrimp on high, stirring, until any liquid they produce has cooked away.

2. Add ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, and cook until fairly dry, 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
