Easy Roasted Chickpeas

5 min prep and leave in the oven after dinner one night- this is a GREAT nutrient dense snack to have around and keeps for almost a week

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Blot chickpeas with a paper towel to dry them. Pour onto sheet pan and shake chickpeas with (melted) coconut oil, sesame or avocado oil, and season to taste with salt, garlic, turmeric and cayenne pepper. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until browned and crunchy.
