I finished writing the poems for this chapbook about a month ago, but didn't have a chance to upload the pdf here until now - stay tuned for an upcoming essay post where I'll be thinking through my findings from applying the printing capacity of the booklet series to the
mutual aid/organizing efforts I've been part of & supporting locally over the past month or so. For now, here is a small collection of ebt poems; I've already written some five other poems in addition to these, and am planning on making more as time allows in these last hours before May Day. But I think the ebt poems represent a larger work even than that; it's a kind of journal in the same way as the poems of my previous chapbook, La region bajo tierre, which I'd originally said could have been a hundred prose poems though I only made it to about thirty before I had to package them up to be sold and move on to other things. That might happen again. There's too much that I can't control, too much that can happen to put a halt to my writing practice. But I'll find a way to continue, even if some time has to pass and the series name and the techniques change.
