✨ Can I get [Month]'s rewards if I join on [date]?
✱ You can join anytime in [Month] to receive that month's rewards
- e.g if you join on 30 September, you will receive September's rewards
- but you will be charged again on 1 October as you will be charged the day you become a patron, then on the 1st of the month going forward!
- Billing cycle is based on the PST timezone.
✨ Do I need to pay for shipping?
✱ Prices of tiers with physical rewards include the cost of shipping
- Untracked stamped mail - Small tomato, Big cheese, Sandwich Combo (Domestic)
- Tracked parcel mail - Sandwich combo (International)
* UK & EU Patrons may have to pay VAT tax at your local post office / upon delivery
✨ When will Physical Happy Mail be shipped out?
✱ Physical happy mail will be shipped out between the last week of that month and the first week of the following month
✨ How do I change my address?
You can update your shipping on the "manage memberships" page. Please update your address asap so that I do not ship your rewards to the wrong address. If you change your address once rewards are shipped, I won't be able to reship your rewards again.
✨ I didn't receive my Patreon rewards
In general, shipping time will be
- Domestic: 7-14 business days
- International: 1-3 months
But please be aware that due to Covid disruption, shipping has been significantly delayed, including both Domestic and International mail.
I would be happy to send a replacement if you haven't received your rewards after:
- Domestic: 6 weeks
- International: 3 months
I may resend your rewards once, but please understand that as I only order a limited quantity of physical rewards, I may run out of them which means that I may not be able to resend everything that was in that month's happy mail.
✨ Can I combine my Patreon mail + shop order?
No in general as it may cause confusion and delay when I'm preparing the packages.
✨ Can you refund my pledge?
No in general. It is the responsibility of the Patron to manage and cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle (Start of every month). If you are experiencing some difficulties, please contact me in private and I'll see what we can do.
