Feb. Update

Hey all!

Just wanted to give you a quick update on what I'm up to at the moment.

Last week I received an email from a low income housing project for artists (of which I've been on the waiting list for about 6 years) saying that there was an apartment available. I was going to spend that day drawing, but had to drop everything and chase that opportunity. I spent another full day yesterday filling paperwork and making sure my tax records were in order (not. fun. at. all.). Basically, this entire past week has been super stressful as I am waiting to hear back from them.

I also had a shipment of hoodies come in that were pre-ordered. I've had to inspect them, do inventory, write addresses on packages, make trips to the post office, and go to the club to hand them to customers. I still have a ton to send in the mail and I'll be spending my day doing that because I won't have time this weekend to do anything but the comic convention.

Emerald City Comicon is this weekend and I'll be working a booth the entire 4 days. Not -my- booth, but a friend's who sells art supplies, sleeves, tubes, and what not. I will probably never have my own table again at ECCC as they have changed ownership and are doing things very differently.

In any case, my life has been full of stress and worry and running around. I do not think I will have Chance of DOOM! up on Wednesday as I wanted, even though it's almost all the way drawn.

As always, you'll be the first to know when the strips will be up.

Thanks again for your support.

Robert
