I hope February is off to a good start for all of you. I've been working hard to prepare for my annual presentation at the San Francisco Dainese D-Store. MotoGP Stories 2016 will happen this Friday night, February 10, at 6:30PM. If you're in San Francisco I'd sure love to meet you in person, if I haven't already, so please stop by to say hello and hear me tell some stories of the 2016 MotoGP/WSBK season. Full disclosure, many of the stories I'll be telling have already been included in my On The Road diaries, but even if you listened to or watched those, you may enjoy hearing me tell the tales in person.
Also, if you haven't requested your discounted 2017 MotoMatters calendar yet, this is a chance to pick it up in person and save the shipping!
Quite a few calendars have already gone out to my Patreon friends but just in case some of you have forgotten, here's a reminder about the discounts available at the various support levels. And again, if you're not familiar with the calendar, you can see more about it here:
If you've been meaning to watch the video about how the calendar is produced, here's the link to the Patreon-only 1080p version :
The regular price for the calendar is $30 plus shipping according to location, ($5 in the US, and various rates for international shipments).
My $50/month supporters get a free calendar shipped to them and additional calendars at 50% off ($15). I'll pay the shipping.
My $25/month supporters pay only for shipping - the first calendar is free, and additional calendars are 50% off ($15).
At $15/month your first calendar is $19 plus shipping, additional calendars for $15, plus shipping.
At $5/month your first calendar is $24 plus shipping, additional calendars for $20, plus shipping.
At $2/month your first calendar is $28 plus shipping, additional calendars for $20, plus shipping.
As the MotoMatters shop isn't set up to handle these discounted prices, please email me directly to place your order or ask any questions.
For January's double lottery the winners picked one of the large Motegi Japanese GP posters, but I still have another copy available so that item remains on the Swag Bag list. The other winner chose the Alpinestars hoodie. February's winner chose a Casey Stoner championship USB key chain, but again, I have another of those in the box so the item remains available.
As ever, thanks so much for your support!
