I think we're finally most comfortably settled in to our new place (95%, still minor decorating to do but all unboxed for now) I've got my office set and ready to go, La has HER new office/studio mostly ready to go; we've had our first round of summer visits come and go, and I think I'm finding the best way to manage my time when I'm not at work.
Roadblock: My new job has me from 2:30AM until ~10:30AM, I come home, maybe eat a quick bite and then take a nap until about 3:00PM unitl La is off from her job. Then we play with the dog and catch up on our day. In theory I have from 3:00pm until about 10:00pm to spend time drawing and whatnot, but honestly, lately, I've been more into lounging on our couch with the La and Asgard (our new pupper) and watching true crime documentaries. It's literally all I've been doing for a couple months now.
I've got a small list of commissions I need to catch up on... again, so I need to buckle down and get em done. Then hopefully I'll have rebuilt my drawing momentum and stamina to keep it going for a little bit and ride that creative wave. We'll see!
