In this weeks episode of the I Use To Be FAT Podcast I will be  talking about Fried foods, specifically Fried Chicken. Why I don’t eat  it, is it good or bad for you and are you really any healthier by eating  baked food?

I talk about how I came about the idea of this podcast when I was out  getting lunch and saw where the baked chicken wings and the Fried non  breaded chicken wings were both labeled as having 80 calories per wing. I  went back to the beginning of my weight loss journey to think about the  reasons why I stopped eating friend foods.
