Gaucho Brazilian BBQ Serves Lamb for Canmore Uncorked 2017
 
We are getting ready for the kick-off of the 2017 Canmore Uncorked Food Festival  (May 3-14, 2017).

We wanted to find out from our Brazilian friends at Gaucho Brazilian BBQ on Main Street, what they have on the spit for the festival. Surprisingly, they imported a new chef from Ontario to deliver on the high standards set by the founder, Ede Rodrigues.

There will be lamb! 

There will also be the trusted Caipirinha's that Darren uses to lure you in. Choose your joyful Saúde!, Salud! or Cheers!, for an incredible carnivoran feast prepared by Eric and his team.

Our favourite is the rump and the chicken stroganoff they do with a unique Brazilian twist. The mustard lamb is a must. If you have to have salad, they say it is amazing too. That is if you can believe people that eat salads.
