Unfortunately, when we take antibiotics, we don't allow our immune systems to do the work that it was created to do - HEAL.
The natural bacteria in our body and in our foods actually work together. They almost communicate with each other to build our immune systems back up. They also recognize when there is a repeat of pathogens or chemicals coming through. This helps to explain why taking the same antibiotic that you've taken before, won't work again.
Furthermore, antibiotics destroy our healthy bacteria that we actually need to fight infections and common ailments. (Check out my Youtube video on Fermented Foods !)
There are actually foods, spices, herbs and other organisms on our planet that are there for us to utilize rather than abuse.

Below is a list of a few wonderfully healthy foods that you might want to consider implementing into your diet before taking any over-the-counter or prescription medications.
Garlic - antiviral, antifungal
Fresh Pressed Organic Juice or Juicing - readily available nutrients which spikes your immune system and heals your body with high doses of naturally containing vitamins and minerals
Apple Cider Vinegar - used for decades as a whole body tonic
Spices & Herbs - (Turmeric, Ginger, Oregano, Clove, Cinnamon, Cayenne, Nettles, Black Pepper...) So load up your soup with one or more of these spices!!
Wild Oregano Oil - strong yet natural virus fighter
Olive Leaf Extract - strong immune booster even for Herpes

I found for myself that listening to 432 hz music is very healing. The frequency is found to attune to our own bodies' healing vibration.
Three years ago, when I was sick with the flu, I listened to this Mozart healing music on YouTube while drinking homemade sweet potato soup loaded with ginger, garlic, black pepper and cayenne.
