This week I'm relaxing my legs a bit and trying to roll out the muscles so that I'm able to pedal with full abilities. I've managed to pull several muscles in my feet and thighs that I have to stop a moment to get everything back to par. When I return either Friday or Monday I will start working on the next big ride which is a 600 mile ride over a period of 3 days.
The reason for this 600 mile ride in 3 days is for training purposes. This ride will happen on Zwift and will be broadcast via our Twitch Channel, check out the specifics of it all.
Basics of the 3 days of riding:
- Each day the goal is to pedal as many miles as I can in a single day. Starting Zwift with a random location to ride in.
- When I've ridden as much as I can in a single day I must stop the stream to sleep, eat, shower and be back within no later than 5 hours to start another ride.
- The 2nd ride will be once again a random location on Zwift as I once again ride as many miles as I can until it's time to rest again.
- This process repeats until the 600 mile ride is completed and it must be done within 3 days (72 hours) or Less.
I aim to do many rides like this using the same specifics, the upside and downfall to using Zwift random locations to ride on is that I could be riding in a flat location during a ride or I could be climbing 15% inclines through mountains the whole time, either way its an epic way to train my body while at the same time accomplishing major goals while sharing the experience live with our viewers.
The 600 Mile ride is one of the rides in which will be happening between Monday and the end of August, the 2nd ride I'm working on doing in this same fashion will be 4400 miles over the course of a 17 days period.
All of these rides will have charity pages where people may contribute to whatever charity the ride is for at that time and also sponsors may get involved to have their logos and promotions shared within the live stream of these rides. Hugs and loves to you all and let's get ready for the first ride, details will go out soon.
