The Huntsman: Winter's Curse Review
Videogames based on movies don't have a great reputation, and with good reason. But in almost all cases, the source material for these woeful games are great films, or at least decent ones. What would happen if you made a game based off a really awful film - would the inverse hold true?
The Huntsman: Winter's Curse review
Oddly enough, for all the trouble I had with actually getting it to work, I still enjoyed The Huntsman: Winter’s Curse quite a lot. It’s a shame that it has so many severe technical issues, but I’m glad I persevered through them, because the game and the story underneath the blanket of bugs are great. That’s quite the surprise, given how bad the source material is, but maybe that’s just it – maybe bad films make great games. Perhaps someone should test this theory further with, say, a Pixels game?
