We have been having significant and semi-regular issues with USPS regarding the timely delivery of packages, including packages requiring two separate missing parcel reports to be filed in two different locations during transit. Even when sent as a guaranteed 3-day delivery and scanned at the counter, we are seeing days of additional travel time added that are completely unacceptable.
We have ordered new packaging and hope that this will address some if not all of the issues we are having with our lost and wayward products.
