October is shaping up to be a tight month, with various factors reducing my drawing time for almost two weeks. But it's still early in the month, so I intend to find a way to squeeze this exercise in.
I'm doing my best to not read ahead in the list of prompts. It's tricky, but working better than you might think. So far I've managed to at least decide what each picture will be before seeing the prompt that follows.
I'm drawing these small, on 5.5" by 9" paper. So it's also an exercise in keeping things simple and readable, and not overloaded with details. I was super gratified this morning when the 5-year-old immediately recognized the brain in "Bait."
In case you missed it: a printed book of this completed endeavor will go out to anyone who is a Tier 3 Patron or above, as of the payment processing that will occur around the 1st of November. The offer applies even if you jump ship immediately after that payment....
Gotta run folks, hope your enjoying it!
