The Japanese Garden at the Donald C. Tillman Reclamation Plant
Oy, were my legs tired last week after we walked through the Japanese Garden! I performed a number of particularly taxing feats that day. First, I walked across some widely spaced paving stones uphill. It felt like hopscotch without the hopping! Then, I climbed several flights of stairs to reach the observation area above the sewage treatment plant that feeds the Japanese Garden. Keith's dad used to work at sewage treatment plants, so it was like going back to his childhood for him. No, it didn't stink. The water down below smells worse, actually. Anyway, I was really exhausted afterward, but it was a lot of fun!
