Keto me to end pre-diabetes? Why YES PLEASE (with Ted Eytan MD)
I talked with family medicine doc and total-health-for-all maven Ted Eytan back in June. This is an update, with some of my personal story on getting off the pre-diabetes bus without “medical intervention.”

THIS WEEK’S RANT!

Guys, I’m fucking exhausted.

I talked about the social determinants of health with Fred Goldstein in the October 4 edition of the podcast, and I gotta say that my personal social determinants are currently at an all time low, despite the progress I’ve made on the personal health profile front that you just heard me talk about with Ted Eytan. Anti-semitic assholes shooting up synagogues. Steroid-brained muscle heads mailing pipe bombs all over ever’where. Everyday assholes calling the cops on black people for simply going about activities of daily life. Guys, you’ve fucking exhausted me.

All I can do is beg you, if you’re an American citizen, to turn out and vote on Tuesday, November 6th. Not telling you who or what to vote for, just show up, damn it. Based on the outcome there, I’ll know whether to investigate moving to Oaxaca, or research whether I qualify for citizenship in the Republic of Ireland. Meanwhile ...

‘Merica! It’s a wonderful country! Just don’t get sick!
