May Drabble of the Month
I tend to spend most of my time indoors, so when I go outside I do it regardless of the weather. Wind, rain, snow, or a shine, I enjoy my time outdoors, like some twisted parody of the postal service.

I wander through snow-strewn paths, pushing on despite the wind and ice. I trek into the rain, my glasses specked with drops despite my hat’s best efforts. I traverse the humid summers of the Midwest, the sun beating down without relief. I walk through the windy spring and chilly autumn, sometimes going somewhere, more often than not just for fun.
