i used to use (fiddle with, edit, improve upon, whatever) when i was living in Fort Frances, ONterrible. I miss it endlessly and would love to try to make them here in MTL, but biscuits so far here have been an absolute nightmare to the point that i've given up and make dinner rolls. *sigh* i mean, they're delicious, don't get me wrong. but nothing else is a biscuit. frankly, this isn't even a biscuit. because sweet potato. but also it is. because texture. and i want to make a bucket of these and play final fantasy and drink tea, and by the hairs on my chinny-chin-chin i WILL find a way.
