Monastery Ruins
Shortly after its founding in 1181, the convent became a seat the Premonstratensians. It was burned down during the wars in 15 century, and although restored, it ceased to exist in the following century. The Premonstratensians were willing to restore it, but left it to its fate after the fire in 1703. However, even the current ruins - especially the roofless torso of the main aisle of the church - have a certain appeal and the extant parts have significant architectural value.
