Monday, 3 meal, 2 snacks
So :

Breakfast we have coffee with milk, oatmeal, 1 banana and some dried plums 

first snack (2 hours after breakfast) a hand full of nuts and 2 dried plumps 

Lunch - fresh vegetables and chicken meat

second snack - Greek yogurt and berries

Dinner - chicken meat green beans and some pieces of bell pepper 

And no more snacks after dinner  )))
