Morning routine : Qi Qong (part one)
'Ia ora, first thing i do every morning, after drinking water and taking a leak, is this series of movement. They are called the "8 directional exercises" and i got them from "The Complete System of Self-Healing : Internal Exercises" by  Stephen T. Chang, a book that has been with me for a while now.
