The Mouse is publicly released!

The Mouse, my IF Comp game from last year, is now publicly available to download!  The game, an abuse simulator centering on a college punk named Evelyn Grey, is pay-what-you-want (and you can download it for free!).

The text has been updated from its IF Comp release; it reads and flows much better, and all bugs should be gone. Let me know if you have any issues.
Now a few of you might be wondering: "Why did I wait so long to release this?" It actually isn't because of this year's IF Comp (which also starts today, October 1); that was a coincidence.

It's because October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and seeing the game was made to bring awareness to abuse, it was the best time.

There are real Evelyns out there in the world; some of them are abuse victims, some are survivors.  Listen to their stories. Don't mute their voices. Support them.

Here are some resources on domestic violence for you:

I might make a postmortem for The Mouse (or something like that) for Patreons.  Let me know if you'd be interested!

Now if you excuse me, I have to stock up on purple (the awareness color for Domestic Violence Awareness Month).
