My favorite nut and taste disturbances
This month's Creative Co-Author book is a brief introduction to pine nuts, which happen to be my favorite type of nut. Fun fact: theyr'e also the only commercial food source to come from a gymnosperm (Every other plant food we eat comes from angiosperms). 

Unfortunately, they can also be the source of a strange and not-yet-entirely-understood taste disturbance--a persistent metallic taste that lingers for weeks.
