A New Campaign!

Well, we wrapped up the old campaign, that one was quite a long story. It took me about 4-5 years on and off, and two editions of D&D to do it, but it's done, and I'm glad.

Now we're starting something I haven't done before, a homebrew campaign.

The entire world is being built from the ground up by myself, my players, and the twitter community. I'm accepting ideas for anything and everything from maps, NPCs, Adventures, items, towns, cities, factions, you name it. I'm sure there can be a place for it somewhere.

It's also going to be a much more light hearted type of campaign. I'm not planning anything long term for it at all. I'm just going to take it week by week and see what develops. It's mainly going to be a monster-of-the-week type of deal, akin to the Scooby Doo Mysteries, that I was so heavily influenced by growing up.

The group are making some interesting characters. So far we've got an Aarakocra Cleric based of Sam the Eagle from The Muppets, a Tiefling Monk who practiced Dumb Fu rather than Kung Fu. She doesn't really attack more so than she accidentally hits people with her staff/tail/etc. Then we have a Dragonborn Bard which sounds metal as fuck. I told him that if he quotes 80s Metal lyrics I'll give him extra bonuses and such. Should be interesting!

I think most sessions will be on Saturdays at 8pm EST. Hope to see you there!
