5:30 AM - Wake & make smoothie

Smoothie: Kale, 1 Lemon, Spinach, Matcha, Green Apple, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper

Bottle some for work in a Mason jar and have the rest for breakfast

5:45 AM - Shower, Makeup, Dress

6:15 AM - Stream

7:20 AM - Leave for work
