Back In The Groove
I had a fantastic time up at Folkcraft Instruments for Dulcimer Boot Camp and the Indiana Dulcimer Festival. When people come to these events in Woodburn, Indiana, they've come to expect high-level instruction; no fluff. It means the students are eager and hungry for knowledge and are very intent to listen and apply what they learn.
New Patrons and Reward Changes
Hello to my new patrons! Thank you so much for jumping on board with this fundraising effort. I hope you enjoy what you've found here so far and I look forward to sharing some new work with you this week! Today, I've been working on additional parts for the track "A Mile Of Stones" from the upcoming album "All Songs Lead To The Gift Shop." This is the tune that I've teased in video below with the classical string progression. It's really evolving into quite a dramatic piece and I think you're going to enjoy listening to it. This Patreon campaign is going extremely well for the first month and I took another look at my rewards, deciding to lower the pledge amounts. Take a look at them - some of these may seem a lot more appetizing to you now. I'll have to admit not really knowing how this was all going to work at first, but now that I have a bit more understanding of this site and how other artists have been using it, I feel like I can offer a lot more in terms of rewards, incentives for goal milestones and more. I will definitely be adding some more things to the list and making some more adjustments, so be sure to take a look at the rewards every now and again. I've got some fun ideas brewing. Watch for some more free video this week as I continue working in the studio. Thanks again, to all of you, for your support. I'm humbled and pleased and very much grateful to you for believing in my work!
