I see you, nosing around, wondering, "Hmmmm, what might this particular Aurora Lady Patreon subscription look like?" I'd never leave you so unsatisfied! I have put together this sample pack to answer that exact query.
Reminder: chances are you'll experience bigger and bolder drops falling into your clutches once subscribed.
Let's talk about these goods!
Each is an offering on a different tier. The higher the tier you subscribe to, the more you'll end up with, in your inbox.
You can also watch my 60-second video about my Patreon if you need even more of a vibe here.
Sketchbook pages: This collapsable Moleskine was a gift from Taleen Kali, many moons ago. It's 3 x 5 inches and it's so pretty it almost hurts to use it. But it's more precious to actually USE a sketchbook, non? These photos are from walks around my neighborhood (masked UP, you better believe!). I walk about five miles every day, and I definitely have some faves I check out regularly.
Love Letter: I didn't have room to add more to the paper (raise your hand if you're a maximalist?! Just me?! Also this is the reason that most love letters will center digital delivery), and so I will add here: I read the painful and hopeful book "The Art of Showing Up" by Rachel Wilkerson Miller (it's about friendship and WOW did I need this!)-- highly recommend! I want to give every one of my friends a copy of this book. If you have an audiobook app through your local library, give a search to it-- I found it on Hoopla!
Creative Prompts: I made a visual version of this above, Here's a text-based version.
- Starting doesn't always mean from scratch. What are some resources you've forgotten about that you can integrate into your current creative practice? How can you use this resource as an innovation?
- How can I share my most easily resourced and accessible gifts? What is needed in my community, and how can I build a sustainable relationship between those needs and my gifts?
- We often forget why we start doing things. Why and when did you decide to focus more on your art-making? Are you still capturing that feeling regularly, do you need to re-capture it, or do you need to consider a full-on restart?
- Are there any annoyances in your current practice that need attention? How can you tweak/change them? What is the smallest step in that direction that you can take tomorrow?
