This is a video about how I am using pokemon go as a coping tool for my mental health issues. While this is not a great tool for everyone in every situation, I found it was a unique way for me to combat agoraphobia. You can watch this short video to see what I am trying to do and why. The best coping skills for mental health issues are the ones that inspire, encourage and take you out of that funk. I hope this inspires and helps others to never give up and look outside the box for was to combat mental illness. That was one of the main reason I made this video. To inspire and help others struggling with their lives. Mental wellness is very important to me.
