(PP 040) Give Yourself a Break & Ditch Unnecessary Stress
 
I've been doing weekly content whether it be a drawing, blog post or episode for 3 years this month. Safe to say I'm getting burnt out.

I'm infamous for piling my plate with projects and I'm a pro at adding unnecessary stress to my life.

While the progress has been amazing, it's negatively affected my relationships and enjoying life without the pressure to meet a deadline.

This episode shares my current status and my plans moving forward. It's helped taking a step back to realize when I've been doing too much.
