Protein Rice Cakes
 
This is a very simple to prepare snack that you can load with nourishment according to your own preference.


Rice/Multi grain Cake     +     Melted Vegan Chocolate Bar     +     Topping



Recipe:

melt a dairy free chocolate bar in very low flame or double boiler

add

any superfood of your choice

(spirulina , maca, moringa, protein powder, chlorella)

cover the top of a cake with the melted chocolate loaded with superfoods and sprinkle any topping of your preference

(cacao nibs, crushed peanuts, hemp seeds, dry coconut)

and finally let the cakes stay on a plate for five minutes before bringing to the fridge for other extra 7 minutes for complete solidification.
