A Quiet Place to Finish My Novel
Hello everyone! I'm sure you've been on the edge of your seat (I kid, I kid) wondering what I have been up to lately. And honestly, "real life" has been challenging to this here author as of late. But I have made a pledge to finish the new YA novel by the end of the year. Or at least as close to being done as I can possibly do. As I promised, I will be posting the first four chapters for my Paetrons to read once they are completed. 1 through 3 are wrapped and the fourth I hope to have in a week or so. Please spread the word about this as I can use all of the encouragement I can as we near the end of the year!

One way your donations will be helping me as I attempt this feat of writing nearly an entire novel in two months is in the securing of a quiet place for me to focus. Ideally I would like to reserve a hotel room here in Austin for three or four days in December to do nothing but immerse myself in writing. One of the greatest challenges for me this past year is the fact that I lost my "writing space" after my last move in December of 2014. With my severe ADHD I need an orderly room that is quiet and removed from the everyday distractions like roommates, dishes, laundry, the Tower of Leaning Bills, etc. In order for this to happen I will need to raise about $400 (hotels aren't cheap) for a four day stay. However I am in the firm belief that I can accomplish at least a good fourth to half of the book in those days, both in writing and revisions.

Thank you to everyone out there who continues to support my work. I have a really good feeling about this new project and hope you will love it as much as I do.
