Raw Broccoli, Pepper, Kombucha and Coconut Salad - Vegan and Gluten free
 
1 medium broccoli head

1/4 cup orange or red pepper


hickory smoked toasted coconut (coconut flakes tossed and gently baked with braggs liquid aminos, maple syrup and drops of hickory smoke pre prepared)


sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt 


ground black pepper


pinch of cayenne


3 tablespoons kombucha or apple cider vinegar


2 tablespoons maple syrup


chop broccoli into bit size chunks 


dice pepper and add the rest of the ingredients mix and eat !!
