Recovery Update + Live Workout Saturday
 
Hey! What's up FBF?! After almost 3 long [and excruciatingly boring] weeks of no cardio [due to a calf sprain], I am finally now able to start working towards incorporating light cardio into my regiment again - and build towards full recovery. Just two days ago [Wednesday] I was able to walk 30 minutes non-stop on the treadmill without feeling any pain in my calves - and while this might not sound like a huge feat, I was EXTREMELY happy and grateful to be able to walk without pain. Even better, I was able to do Brisk Marches yesterday, and once again, I woke up with no pain in my calves. I'm still being very careful, but feel that I'm in good enough shape [although my cardio is NILL lol] to workout with you guys for Saturday morning's live workout. I'll have to modify some of my moves, but will give higher intensity cues for those who want to take things up a notch. All in all, I really appreciate your patience and support and I CAN'T WAIT to start working out again. Thanks.
