Homemade pizza is even more awesome, whether the dough is homemade or the kind you find in the deli section of the grocery store.
The trick (not that it matters, though. Pizza tastes delicious no matter what shape it's in.) is in the rolling.
And the timing.
1) Dough is like a toddler. If it's not behaving well, it needs a nap.
2) Flatten the dough and then start rolling (or pulling) from the center OUT. Think in terms of radius, not diameter.
