The South Pacific trip still doesn't feel real yet... But I'm trying to get ready for it anyway. There's only about 2 months till we leave for Panama, and that's just enough time to try to get in a couch to 5k program. (A running training program for new runners.)
It's not that I want to be a runner... So much as I just want to get fit for the upcoming trip (and in general).
On our youtube page I'll be doing weekly updates on Sundays to let everyone know what I think, how it's going, problems I'm having and the like.
But little by little I'm planning to get into some if the best shape of my life so I can really DO all the things I want to do. There are a lot of adventures out there waiting for me, and I want to be ready!
So, anyone have any running advice?
