Sauteed Peppers, onions and mushrooms
Simple sauteed peppers to add to salads or stir fry's or to eat on their own as a side dish.

1 red pepper

1 orange pepper

1 yellow pepper

1 onion

6 fresh large mushrooms

1 teaspoon maple syrup

Chop veggies and stir fry in either coconut oil or earth balance add chili pepper, sea salt, and ground fresh pepper.
