A Savory Dough Recipe
So this recipe came based on a pie dough recipe.

IT requires

1/4Cup Water

1/4Cup Vodka

1 Cup Flour

1 and 1/2 sticks butter(a mix of salted and non-salted)

1 teaspoon of sugar.

1 and 1/2 teaspoons of garlic

Take the vodka and water and mix, put in the freezer too chill

Put the butter in the freezer too partially freeze, then shred/chop/grate. Then chill again too make sure it doesn't start too melt before mixing into the flour either with a mixer or by hand.

After this add in the Water Vodka mixture(Wadka), along with the garlic and chill for at least 2 hours if not overnight.

This is the basic stuff it will make a intense garlic and crumbly dough good for savory pasties, and other snacks. Roll out and use as you see fit.

Now I tried too make a different version going with more eggs too make a more structural but still flaky dough too make a sort of garlic bread.

This recipe included in addition to the above

1/2  Cup Flour

2 Eggs

2 teaspoons baking powder

And following the same general rules just with including the eggs with the garlic.

The result was a very cake/bread pudding like loaf, instead of something more airy and it was a complete disaster I feel.

Unless you cut it into cubes, and were too dry it out as then you could toast them too make very buttery croutons. Sadly I was not able too test this as we threw out the loaf.
