September 2017 Recipe
We have a garden in our backyard, and right now there's more zucchini than we know what to do with. We turn it into noodles, roast it, grill it, make salad, use it in dessert (???), whatever you can think of, we've tried. Honestly, I feel like if I eat another zucchini I might die. 

But surprisingly, we haven't tried too many bread recipes. My sister made some weird gluten free thing that turned out.....not great. So I did some research on my own and found a couple ideas I hodgepodged together. I'm not giving up on zucchini just yet!

I'm still debating whether I want to make this into muffins or a bread loaf. What do you think? Do you have a preference for what I mail you? I'm trying to remember how I packaged the pumpkin bread last year and I'm drawing a blank.
