I've started to practice cutting tests regularly a year ago, Now is become an important part of my training. I try to practice cutting tests at least one time per month, this is because i've noticed that is really helpfull for my body to understand how to cut through something.

I have also noticed that since i practice cutting tests, my full-blows executed when I land a cut meant to hurt the opponent are became better in just a few months. If you have not already practiced cutting tests and you have the chance, try it with different targets (softer, harder... ecc) you will easily notice how helpfull this practice is.
