I am a Finnish-American artist and fine art professional living and working in the Neighborhood Of The Arts District, Rochester, NY USA. I work with an intuitive method when creating my artwork. I make work using a variety of media and like to work small scale as well as large scale. My work has been collected and exhibited internationally since 2004.

A local of Rochester, NY, Victoria Savka received a BFA in Fine Arts Studio and in Illustration from Rochester Institute of Technology and will be returning to RIT this fall to receive her Masters in Science in Teaching. Victoria is an active member of the Monotype Guild of New England and the Print Club of Rochester. Victoria was a selected finalist for the 2016 Society of Illustrator’s Student Scholarship Show and won Grand Prize in the 2016 Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival Poster Contest for her animal drypoint work.
Animals have been her muses for quite sometime. She sees printmaking as a chance to create different stories for her animals through the smallest shifts of color and imagery. Victoria lives outside of Rochester with her family & chickens, teaching, and doing freelance work from her studio.
