A spooky start - tower defense I'm not in love with!
Yes, it's October, or as it's known in my household the month of Halloween, because this is as it should be. (I like Halloween.) So I'm starting with something appropriate on a meta level with a tower defense game that I don't love. Ooooh. Spooky. Maybe not. But you get the idea. This one wasn't a bad one, but eventually "serviceable" can't quite hack it, you know? Then again, when functional is what you're aiming for, saying you hit the mark and no higher feels cruel. But then, maybe you should already be aiming higher, and... Well, you get the idea. This is the debate that I waged back and forth; take a gander at the article and see where I wound up.
