Spring Cleaning and Revisiting Unique Oil Painting Surfaces
As I explore these new figure paintings I keep thinking of little paintings like this one that are scattered around my studio. They often sit for a while in my studio after being completed, I enjoy their company. :) This one is on a piece of slate stone. It is a treat to paint on as each piece of stone is different. I prefer the kind of slate that has rich variations and lots of character. I will be sharing more info with my patrons on the process, how to prep the stone, utilizing natural patterns, etc and hope you will join me! :) To become a patron and have access to the special nitty gritty on slate painting, click the orange button, then choose what perk level is right for you, and you're set! You'll get access to all my secrets. ^_^
