Stop, Drop, and Work!
I woke up this morning at 4 am, and couldn't get back to sleep. Now it's 5 am, and I am here at my desk. My mind has been racing. When this happens, I've learned that it's time to put down the project management applications, and my to do lists, and it's time to get busy.

We can spend so much time getting organized, that we stop getting the actual work done. So now it's heads down, and focused. No  e-mails, no phone calls, just tackle the first thing on my mind, and move on to the next one, and the next one.

Then I'll re-group at the end of the day, and go through my projects and to do lists, checking off the things I've gotten done.
