"Sunday Sauna" music video

In the "How Jet Lag Works" episode of the Stuff You Should Know podcast, Chuck and Josh were discussing how your body temperature regulates the waking process. To quickly increase body temperature, Josh suggested spending 15 minutes in a sauna, which he referred to as a "miracle wood box."

I don't know why but the description made me giggle. I couldn't get it out of my head. The following Sunday I went to the sauna and started writing this song.
